AQUATICS:
Group Swim Lessons:
Due to limited slots available, all sales are final, and no refund will be provided unless for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be provided to qualify for any potential refund. Cancellation requests for medical purposes must be made via email to the Swim Coordinator

Private Swim Lessons:
Generally, refunds will be made for all unused Private Swim Lesson Sessions. However, if a scheduled session time is cancelled by the participant with less than 24 hours notice to the instructor, there shall be no refunds. Cancellation requests must be made via email to the Swim Coordinator
PERSONAL TRAINING:
Generally, refunds will be made for all unused Personal Training Sessions. However, if a scheduled session time is cancelled by the participant with less than 24 hours notice to the trainer, there shall be no refunds. Cancellation requests must be made in person or via email to the trainer.
TENNIS:
Courts:
Today reservations may be cancelled at any time, without penalty. TodayXtra Courts must be cancelled no later than 8 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Effective December 7, 2024, when making an advance tennis court booking, PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN YOU make the booking, and there WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Requests to cancel an Advance booking more than 24 hours before the booking date and time will receive a credit for a future booking. As always, cancellations less than 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit.
To cancel a booking and receive a credit, you MUST EMAIL our Tennis Director at Tennis Director-Advance Court Cancellation Request with the date, time and court number you want to cancel. Self cancellations in the app WILL NOT RESULT in a refund or credit.
Leagues:
Costs include a non-refundable $25 fee. Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the league start date will receive a full refund, minus the $25 non-refundable fee. "No Shows" and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the league start date will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation requests must be made via email to the Tennis Director

Cancellation requests must be made in person or via email to the tennis pro.
Summer Tennis Camps:
Camp space is limited. For this reason, payment in full must be rendered at the time of camp registrations. Cancellation of camp will be granted for medical reasons only with official medical documentation. Cancellations requests with official medical documentation must be the Tennis Director by email at least 14 days in advance of the camp week start date and will be assessed a cancellation fee of $150 per child, per week.
